Accomodation rules

1. Room or a hotel reservation is granted citizens at a passport presentation, and for foreign citizens – passports, the entry visa and a migratory card.
2. The hotel mode of operation - round-the-clock.
3. The payment for residing and service in hotel is made as in cash, and on cashless transfer according to the approved price-list for accommodation services.
4. In the presence of vacant places at will of the client room on two or more places with payment of an overall cost of room can be granted for one person.

5. The payment for booking of vacant places is not levied, irrespective of, under contracts, individual or group demands booking is made. At delay more than for days booking will be cancelled.

6. For residing of children under 7 years in one room with parents without granting of a separate place payment are elderly is not levied.

7. The individual safe. The individual guest safe deposit box is located in rooms of the hotel.

8. Access to the Internet. We are glad to inform you that Wi-Fi is provided on all territory of our hotel. We are happy that this service is free for all guests and visitorsof our hotel.

9. Attention: in Business centre, in a hall, a conference - to a hall and trunk-call our hotel you can take advantage of service of wireless access to the Internet in technology Wi-Fi.

10. Messages. During your stay in our hotel all arriving messages will be transmitted directly to your room. Facsimile and electronic messages for our visitors are round the clock accepted by reception desk guest@dehotel.ru

12. Ventilation. All premises of hotel are equipped by ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

13. Pets. Unfortunately, we do not allow large pets to be in hotel. Concerning accommodation of the small pet, contact the sales manager of hotel sales@dehotel.ru
